This is some of the most naturally raised, cleanest chicken in the state of TX. These chickens are moved on pasture daily and supplemented with a Non-GMO, No-Soy, No-Corn feed. Typically they weigh 3.5-4.5 lbs. You'll taste the difference and be healthier for it. Great for baked chicken, smoked or rotisserie (our favorite).
