At Prairie Farmstead, our goal is to provide the cleanest, most nutrient-dense food we can for our family and our community. We utilize regenerative farming methods to heal the land we steward and improve the soil health below our feet. We do not use herbicides or pesticides on our pastures.
We produce pasture raised eggs, grass finished beef, pasture and forest raised pork and in 2024 added pasture raised chicken. All of this is done with methods that are environmentally sustainable, truly humane, and naturally healthy. GRASS FINISHED BEEF
Prairie Farmstead grass fed AND finished cattle are only fed grass -- no grain -- giving you some of the tastiest and healthiest beef in Texas. Raised on our herbicide and pesticide free pastures, they do not receive cattle wormers, fly controls, antibiotics or hormones. Review our current cut selection here.
PASTURE RAISED EGGS
Prairie Farmstead hens live and thrive on pasture, making their eggs delicious and nutrient-dense. They are supplemented with a soy free, corn free, non-GMO feed milled for us locally. They never receive antibiotics or vaccines. They sell fast, so reserve some of the freshest eggs available for your family here.
PASTURE & FOREST RAISED PORK
Prairie Farmstead pigs root, munch, run and rest in pasture and forest. This makes some of the best pork, for you and the land. PASTURE RAISED CHICKEN
New in 2024, our Prairie Farmstead chickens live their best life in fresh air, sunshine and on grass. Not only is our chicken plump and juicy, but nutrient dense. Our chickens regenerate the land, pecking and scratching the pasture, while laying down a healthy layer of fertilizer as they are moved across our land. We know the healthiest animals grow outside on healthy pastures with a polyculture of forages, on soils that are thriving and teaming with life below our feet. We understand our soil to be full of life. The aim of Prairie Farmstead is to implement farming practices that protect, care for and add to our soils. PICKUP & DELIVERY
You can order from our inventory at any time. We sell from our farm on Monday - Saturday, as well as multiple delivery routes and drop points. We also sell our products at Celina's Friday Night Market and the Sherman Saturday morning Farmers Market. Please login and pick the most convenient pick up or delivery option for you.
