Come learn how to break down a pig into all our favorite cuts. We will watch a career butcher break down a Prairie Farmstead half hog and talk through the many options and where various cuts come from. We will also learn how bacon and hams are made.
Bring your spouse or your foodie friend. We are limiting the class size to 12 people so you can feel free to ask any questions and so everyone can see the process easily.
$80 for the 1st person and $60 for the 2nd person
This will include 1 adult beverage or fountain soda and 1 lunch meal. We will also be sampling some Prairie Farmstead pork chop fresh off the grill.
