The bavette steak is a great option to marinate and grill. It eats like a thick skirt steak with bold flavor. It is more forgiving than the skirt steak, which can overcook quickly. One our family's favorites to quickly cook in a cast iron pan with a thick spice rub, cut against the grain and eat in tacos!
